Class Descriptions:

Level I - Perfect for beginners, continuing beginners and those returning to yoga. Basic principles and postures of yoga are explored. The standing poses and flow sequences will energize, while forward bends, twists & inversions ease and calm the mind. Learn how to link the breath with movement and create more balance within. Great stress relief!

Level I & II -  This class is for students with a basic knowledge of yoga (a minimum of 6 months experience is suggested), are in sound physical condition and adventurous! We will continue learning and practicing the poses we have learned in more depth, while playing with some more challenging postures.

All Levels - Appropriate for any level. Modifications to postures will be given to accommodate all students. Refreshing and rejuvenating!

U.S. National Canoe/Kayak Team member, Ashley Nee, made a guest appearance at one of our November classes with her personal coach and Heart n Soul student, Joe Jacobi. Ashley is currently preparing the U.S. Olympic Trials in hopes of competing this summer in Beijing, where Joe will be calling the canoe/kayak events for NBC as an analyst.

Ellijay Classes:

Mondays 10:30 am - 11:45 am, Level I

Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm, Level I

Wednesdays 9:00 am - 10:15 am, All Levels

Wednesdays 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm, Level I & II

Classes will be held at the
Family Life Chiropractic Center in Ellijay unless otherwise noted.

Blue Ridge Classes:

Tuesdays 9:30 am - 10:45 am, All Levels

Investment:

$132.00 per 3 month session, 1 class per week.

$225.00 per 3 month session, 2 classes per week.

Payment plan available. Call or e-mail for more information. Classes are prorated so you can begin anytime, if space is available.

Drop in policy: Students may drop in if space is available. Drop in price $15.00.

$5.00 discount when you pre-register

$10.00 discount for 2nd family member

10% discount for high school, college students & seniors 65+

*Discounts are for full sessions of regular classes, not for pro-rated sessions or workshops.


Make-ups:

If you must miss a class, you may make up the class by attending another class that is in progress during the session.

* Workshops are not regular classes and can not be used to makeup a class.

* Classes are not carried over to the next session.

* Transfer Policy (one time) - If you cannot make up a missed class there is a one time option of offering a guest pass to a friend. This must be approved ahead of time.
