Class Descriptions:

Level I - Perfect for beginners, continuing beginners and those returning to yoga. Basic principles and postures of yoga are explored. The standing poses and flow sequences will energize, while forward bends, twists & inversions ease and calm the mind. Learn how to link the breath with movement and create more balance within. Great stress relief!

Yoga 101 Series - Designed with the true beginner in mind, this class covers all the basics you need in order to progress to the next level!
Pre-registration is requested and class size is limited.

Mixed Level - Combine the option of trying more challenging poses, while continuing to learn the basics of yoga. Postures are learned in stages and each student may stop or continue as their body dictates. Modifications to postures will be given to accommodate all students. Refreshing and rejuvenating!

*Intermediate Level - This is an offering to yoga students who are experienced and would like to deepen their practice with more challenging asana and explore pranayama (breathing techniques) and some meditation. All of these practices may not be practiced within each class, but there will be a focus for the class which may alternate between them. What a great way to begin each month!

*This class is for more experienced yoga practitioners, if you have an injury, chronic physical pain, or you are new to yoga please see our schedule for other class offerings or private sessions.

For Ongoing Classes

Drop in: $15.00
5 classes: $65 (2 month expiration)
10 classes: $120 (3 month expiration)

1st Fridays: $20 per class or $72 for all four

For Series Classes

Yoga 101: $66 (6 weeks)         

• Extensions on the expiration date are allowed only for a valid medical reason.
• Class passes may not be transferred to another person. No refunds.
